When L'Oréal Cosmetics Middle East wanted to take their much awaited annual Year End Show virtual, they were truly in a limbo, not having had any experience producing any virtual events before and entrusting a reliable partner with the same.
SEES with its MENA region partner, dnata instilled the confidence in them to go ahead with the prestigious event in a Hybrid format. The planning phase led to a new found confidence and the show grew in size from an intiital 500 to a 3000 pax event! Restricted access to a VIP zone, the platfrom being made available in Arabic besides English to match the linguistic needs of the attendees were critical wins. The standout point was great team work between the SEES and L'Oréal Dubai graphic teams to produce some brilliant graphics that totally transformed the look & feel as also the navigation methodology used until then on the platform! As required it was svelte, suave and sexy!
